In order to safely practice at The Cheer House, you must contact your team's insurance carrier and ask for our name "The Cheer House LLC" to be placed on your policy.  This will be at no additional cost to you. Please provide us with a copy of that updated form prior to your first practice time.  Safety is our first priority - we thank you in advance!
